At Starr Textile Services, in Elmwood, LA, all production activities are tracked including connection and real-time data integration with all of Starr's equipment.  Previously, the equipment counts were manually recorded, leading to missed operational efficiencies and inaccurate employee productivity numbers.  Engaging all 120 Starr employees in improving producitivity will deliver the 10% improvement in pounds per operator hour desired and build a team that knows what success feels like.
