CLEANING SPINDLE TOUCHSCREENS

Help keep your team safe by sanitizing login stations throughout your plant. There are a few options to safely clean without harming the screens.

  • Use of wipes that contain 70% or below isopropyl alcohol
  • Isopropyl alcohol spray is okay but DO NOT spray directly onto the screen. Be sure to spray onto a microfiber (or other nonabrasive) towel before applying to the screen.

SPINDLE PREPARED TO SERVE YOU:

It is our hope that taking actions such as social distancing will slow the spread of the coronavirus and help save lives. Therefore, we are encouraging any office staff that can work from home, to work from home.

As a software company, we too lean on software programs to help us work more effectively. We have disciplined use of Office365, Asana, Hubspot, and Zendesk ticketing that make working from home feel as if we’re still right next to our peers. Therefore, even though our team may be working in their pajamas, you will still get the amazing service you’ve come to expect from Spindle. Our Software Development, Customer Success, Customer Support, and IT Teams are still here to ensure your team can get the most out of Spindle.

We also have employees whose work requires them to travel. In addition to following the safety precautions outlined by the CDC, these employees will also abide by any local safety regulations your sites may have in place.

Finally, although our sales team is also grounded, should you have any questions for them, they are always eager for social interactions and a phone call will have to suffice for now!
