Spindle’s Project Management team continues to drive improvements in initial plant training by creating a structured training schedule. No matter which project manager is onsite, customers can expect consistent and thorough training to cover key items, including how to use SpindleLIVE to drive improvement throughout the plant. To ensure that our customers are getting the most out of these initial weeks, our Corporate Account team has begun following up with a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. If our customers haven’t fully grasped any of the key concepts during implementation, the Corporate Account team is able to provide specific follow up to strengthen these skills.
