Spindle has introduced an eight week customer interactive training program which includes the following:
- Acceptance and adoption – Log in/log out compliance monitoring
- Surveys sent to customers seeking feedback on training received during Go Live Week
- The feedback received will help the Spindle Analyst team establish the subsequent week’s web-based training conference calls.
- Training and awareness - The Analyst team will teach the plants how to run their everyday business and processes, as well as navigate through SpindleLIVE’s Facility Overview page, along with all reporting.
- Opportunity and action - The Analyst team will then send a video analysis along with daily business updates.
- At the end of the eight week onboarding program, the Analyst team will conduct a thorough plant summary analysis, which will include cost savings, opportunity dollars and any action that should be taken.
Early feedback is that the new process has taken the analyst experience to a new level.
